The Rotary club of Redland Sunrise will host a bookfest at the Thornlands Dance Palais this weekend to support local, national and international projects.
Books supplied from the State Library of Queensland and other sources will be on sale at knock-down prices starting from $2.
You can browse through a variety of books, magazines and other treasures in the comfort of the Thornlands Dance Palais.
Generes range from adult fiction, children, craft, reference, education, travel, sport, gardening, cooking and much more to please the avid reader.
Quality second-hand clothing and bric-a-brac will also be on sale.
Proceeds will support local, national and international projects.
The event runs from September 8-10 at the Thornlands Dance Palais, corner of Island Outlook Avenue and Cleveland Redland Bay Road. Doors will open from noon-5pm on Friday, 7.30am-4pm on Saturday and 7.30am-noon on Sunday.
